Your First Visit
We're Excited to Meet You!
Welcome to Jae Studios - We've created this guide to ensure your first visit feels as comfortable and inviting as the community you're about to join.

Finding Our Studio

Our Building
We're located in a tall blue building. Our main entrance has stairs. Dial "Jae Studios - Students" on the callbox to be buzzed in.
Need an alternate entry? Let us know via email.
Where to Park
Important: Students are not permitted to park in the front lot. Please use designated student parking areas only.
Free street parking is available along Dexter. The north block is easiest.
Bus routes: E, 4, 5, 21, 28, 62, and 131. Dedicated bike lanes available.

What to Expect
When You Arrive
Your instructor will greet you! Let them know your name for check-in. To purchase a beverage, ensure you have an active card on file or use our QR Code in studio. (We also have a kitchen equipped with a sink for water refills.)
Your instructor will help you get set up - allow 10 minutes for this, especially on your first visit.
My hands get sweaty!
We hear you, and many of us experience the same thing. There are multiple grip aids that can help with this. We recommend Dry Hands, Girlie Grip, Monkey Hands… to name a few! We sell Girlie Grip in the studio. Please do not use Rosin grip or powders of any kind.
Helpful Tips
Two bathrooms are adjacent to our space (through the kitchen). As we share with other tenants, please be thoughtful with attire during normal business hours.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. For pole classes, shorts and a tank top are recommended for better grip.
