Jae Studios LLC Payment, Cancellation, Waitlist, and Refund Policy

At Jae Studios LLC, we prioritize our instructors’ time and preparation, as well as the in-studio experience of our students. Our policies are designed to maintain the quality of our classes and offer access to our limited-capacity space. This policy applies to all physical classes, workshops, and events.

1. Registration and Cancellation

Registration Deadline

  • Registration opens 14 days before and closes 1 hour before the start of a class, however, classes under the minimum enrollment may be canceled at 12 hours prior (with notice).
  • Sign up early to avoid class cancellations.

Class Cancellation (STUDIO)

  • Students will be notified via TEXT and EMAIL 12 hours in advance of a canceled class.
  • Class minimums are in place for student experience and studio health.

Cancellation (STUDENT)

Our cancellation fees are in effect to encourage earlier cancellations, giving our teachers time to adjust and to discourage no-shows or late cancellations that impact class plans and other students.

  • $0 cancellation fee when canceled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Your class credit will be refunded to your account.
  • Less than 24 hours notice = Loss of class credit + $10 late cancel fee
  • No show = Loss of credit + $15 no-show fee

Other Cancellations

  • Private Rentals: 72 hour notice required (fee applies)
  • Special Events and Guest Workshops: 48 hour notice required (fee applies)

2. Waitlists

Our waitlist is a true waitlist. You will be automatically-registered if a spot opens before the 24-hour mark – after that, any open spots from cancellations are first-come, first-served. If you are no longer able to make it, we appreciate you cancel from the waitlist to allow others to join.

3. Refunds

  • All sales final.
  • Refunds as account credit only.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking for all classes, workshops, and events. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

5. Class Packages and Memberships

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

Jae Studios LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. We will notify our clients of any significant changes via email and by posting updates on our website.
